Frost Country offers a unique cross-country running experience over varied terrain such as grass, gravel, wood chips, and potentially mud or snow. Held in Ottawa, Ontario, this event fosters a strong community atmosphere that encourages runners of all ages and abilities to challenge themselves outdoors.

Scheduled for Saturday, November 8, 2025, Frost Country features multiple race distances including Kids 1K, Youth 2K and 6K, and an Adult 6K trail run. Participants should prepare for diverse surfaces and changing conditions, making for an exciting and engaging running experience.
