Course details
The organizer describes vertical loop formats of 6K, 12K, and 18K for the first three challenges, a 15K forest loop on Sentier National, and a combined 21K ultimate challenge. The 1,500 m+ option is measured by five or more vertical loops rather than a fixed horizontal distance.
