Tour du Lac Beauport 2026

Tour du Lac Beauport returns on October 18, 2026, for a scenic road race around Lac-Beauport, one of the most picturesque routes in the Quebec City region. The course hugs the shoreline of the lake, offering sweeping views of the water and surrounding mountains as autumn colours peak across the hills. A hilly layout adds challenge for competitive runners while rewarding every finisher with one of the most beautiful fall settings in the Capitale-Nationale.

Distances range from 1 km for children up to a 21.1 km half-marathon, making this a family-friendly event for runners at every level. Bib pickup takes place the Saturday before race day at La Boutique du Lac, and on-site Sunday from 7:15 am. All participants receive a commemorative wooden medal crafted in Quebec, plus a signature tuque from La Boutique du Lac (adults). After finishing, runners celebrate with an Oktoberfest-style lunch including beer and a European hot dog. The race supports Fondation Cite Joie.

The course runs on the closed road circuit around Lac-Beauport, starting and finishing at Entourage sur-le-Lac (99 Chemin du Tour-du-Lac). The route follows the lake shoreline with rolling hills throughout. Parking is at Centre Acrobatx (1084-C Bd du Lac), a 1.4 km walk or shuttle ride from the start (shuttles run 7:00-13:00). Race schedule: 8h start for 21.1K and 15K, 10h for 6K, 11h for 1K children.
