2026 SUMMER NIGHT 5K

Summer Night 5K takes place on Friday, July 17, 2026 in London, ON. This downtown summer race brings back a favourite evening run with a 5K and a shorter 2K option, plus a kids’ Kiddy Trot. It’s a road race with a social post-race feel, hosted with Delilah’s and built around a scenic out-and-back course. Runners can choose a distance that fits their night, from the main 5K to the beginner- and kid-friendly 2K.

The 5K follows a scenic out-and-back route along the Thames River Path System, starting and finishing at Delilah’s in downtown London. The 2K uses the first kilometre of the 5K course, and the Kiddy Trot finishes under the arch.
