About Ottawa Fall Colours Run 2026
Ottawa Fall Colours Run 2026 brings a two-day road race weekend to Cumberland Village on October 10–11, 2026. The event uses the grounds around Cumberland Heritage Village Museum as its start and finish area, with the final kilometre of every distance on museum property.
The weekend format splits the shorter family races and the Sunday road races into a single fall running program. Runners can choose from 1K, 3K, 5K, 10K, 21.1K, and 42.2K distances, with extra touches like the Kids Turkey Trot and the Wedding Dress Dash giving the event a playful local character.
For runners looking for a scenic Ottawa-area autumn race, this one leans into the village setting, closed-road racing, and a course built around Cumberland’s historic backdrop. It also sits neatly among other Road races in Ottawa for runners comparing fall options.
