About Tally in the Valley Trail Race 2025
Participants will run a 7km loop through the unique Carolinian forest in the Dundas Valley Conservation Area. The loop features groomed double-track trails with rolling hills and about 130m of elevation gain per loop. Runners can select from single-loop (7k), 3 loops (21k), 23 loops (100 miles), or participate in timed events of 6, 12, or 24 hours to see how many loops they can complete.
The event is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario and offers a challenging, scenic trail running experience in the heart of Hamilton, Ontario.

Highlights
The course direction alternates each year; for 2025, it will be run clockwise.
The "Gong Show" elimination event requires completing a 7km loop every hour until one runner remains or 24 hours pass.
