The Run The Caves Ultra and Trail race is hosting its 2nd Annual race event for Body and Mind Adventure. The Mind & Body (BAM) Organization committee aims to provide an accessible race for all athletes and raise awareness for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), with a portion of registration fees donated to CMHA.

Working with Otonabee Conservation Areas staff, volunteers, and sponsors, this event values environmental responsibility and promotes green initiatives. It is a cup-free event.

• Sweet single track terrain with some sandy beach and gravel roads
• Mostly covered under large, old forest growth trees offering wide open views
• Trail surface throughout the courses
• Emphasizes connection to self, fellow runners, and nature

• Accessible to all athletes with various race distances including kids run and virtual options
