The Prince Edward Island Marathon is an annual event supporting the Canadian Mental Health Association – PEI Division. The 21st edition is scheduled for October 17th–19th, 2025. The Full Marathon course runs through Charlottetown and is a Boston Qualifier. The weekend includes various events catering to all fitness levels.

The Full Marathon starts at Brackley Beach in the Prince Edward Island National Park and finishes in downtown Charlottetown, featuring rolling hills and scenic coastal and urban views. The event welcomes all ages and abilities with stroller-friendly policies and multiple race categories including wheelchair and kids' events.

• Course surfaces primarily road with some fine gravel trail sections including Confederation Trail

• Strollers allowed in all race categories, positioned at the back of the start group

• Age restrictions apply with parental consent required for minors in certain races
