Course
All races take place within Springbank Park, utilizing paved pathways that wind along the Thames River. The terrain features gentle rolling hills, providing a moderate challenge suitable for all fitness levels. The 10k event is a double loop of a certified 5k course, while the 5k is a single loop. The 2.3k Fun Run/Walk covers the west end of the park, avoiding the Dam Hill parking lot, and the Kiddy Trot is a short 250-meter dash with a mild uphill finish. All courses are closed to traffic, well-marked, and marshaled to ensure participant safety.
