The Golden Ultra is a three-day trail running race held in Golden, British Columbia, Canada. • Stage 2 (Saturday, September 13, 2025): Longest stage featuring diverse terrain, including forests, meadows, and ridges.
• Stage 3 (Sunday, September 14, 2025): Final stage with a mix of climbs and descents, concluding at the Kicking Horse Pedestrian Bridge.
• Mandatory Gear for 60km Distance: Hat (toque/beanie), gloves, jacket, survival blanket, hydration pack/water bottle, cell phone. Bear spray is optional but recommended.
