Celebrate Canada Day with the annual Canada Day 5K event at Spencer Smith Park in Burlington, Ontario. This inclusive event offers in-person and virtual race options with distances of 1K, 3K, and 5K, welcoming runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.

Enjoy a festive atmosphere with race kits including a Canada Day celebration tank top or T-shirt and a unique finisher medal. The event supports the Mental Health and Addictions Program at Joseph Brant Hospital and collects non-perishable food donations for Hamilton Food Share. Strollers are welcome (please start at the back), but dogs are not permitted. The race occurs rain or shine, with cancellations only under extreme conditions.

* Start and finish at Spencer Smith Park - East Lawn near the pier. * Race start times: 9:00 AM (1K), 9:30 AM (3K), 10:00 AM (5K). * Flat, fast course ideal for all levels. * Chip timing provided for 3K and 5K. * Stroller-friendly; please start at the back of the corral. * No dogs allowed. * Race proceeds rain or shine; cancellations only during extreme conditions.
