Canada Army Run 2025

The Canada Army Run is an annual event held in Ottawa that unites Canadians and the Canadian Armed Forces in a spirit of camaraderie and community. Participants can run, walk, or roll alongside military personnel, supporting programs like Support Our Troops and Soldier On.

Races start near Ottawa City Hall and finish beside the National War Memorial, with courses passing notable landmarks such as Parliament Hill. Aid stations offering water, electrolytes, and snacks are placed every 2-3 kilometers. Walkers and strollers are welcome but are asked to start in the last corral.
