2026 The 5K Foam Fest - Quebec, QC

The 5K Foam Fest in Lac-Beauport brings a playful obstacle-run format to Centre de Ski Le Relais on August 8, 2026. This Quebec stop is built around a 5K route with foam, mud, and a festival-style finish line atmosphere.

It’s set up for a wide range of runners and walkers, with optional obstacles and an all-ages feel. The event also includes a community angle through support for Make-A-Wish Canada.
