Course details
Both distances start and finish in Valois Park. The 5 km uses park exits onto the Donegani bike path and neighbourhood streets (Maywood, St. Louis, Broadview, Belmont) before returning to the park. The 1 km heads toward Mount Pleasant and Valois Bay, then west on Belmont past the Splash Park back into the park. One on-course water station is on Maywood across from the Aquatic Centre; water is also available at the finish.
