The 19th Annual Spring Into Action 2K/5K Walk or Run is a community event held in Sunnybrook Park, Toronto. Its mission is to raise awareness about youth mental health issues and promote a message of non-judgment, creating a safe space for individuals.

Funds raised support Stella's Place, a Greater Toronto Area youth mental health organization.
