Run club profile

Toronto, ON
Friday morning miles in Richmond Hill — all paces welcome, coffee after.
MEZA is a young early-riser run club for people who want to start the day moving, not racing.
Every Friday at 7:00 AM, the crew meets in Richmond Hill for a social run at your own pace. Beginners, returners, and regulars all mix in the same group — nobody gets dropped, walking breaks are fine, and the point is showing up together.
After the run, it’s coffee and conversation. There’s no signup and no membership fee. Just lace up, find the group at 360 Hwy 7, and join in. Special editions (theme runs, coffee tastings) pop up through the season — Instagram is the best place to catch those.
Their motto is “Already Within”: you already have what you need to start.
Recurring workouts can change around race weeks. Check the official club source before heading out.
Related club cards give runners a next step without requiring map or radius data in the first pass.
