About Beban parkrun
Beban parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5K in Nanaimo. It starts Saturdays at 9:00 AM. The event starts next to Beban Parkway, opposite the children’s playground (Altrusa Park). Register once with parkrun, bring your barcode, and run, jog, walk or volunteer at your own pace. Post-run coffee is usually at Affirmation Coffee.
