The Top Of The World Ultra supports the Sun Peaks Mountain Rescue Society and showcases the scenic community and trails of Sun Peaks. This family-friendly event features 50k, 28k, and 15k trail races on technical single-track trails, forest service roads, and includes challenging ascents such as reaching the summit of Mount Tod.

Participants enjoy custom finisher swag, event bibs, finish line food, and comprehensive aid station support. With a focus on sustainability, the race operates as a cupless event requiring runners to bring their own reusable cups. The event also offers crew access and drop bags for 50k participants, making this a memorable and well-supported mountain trail running experience.

* 50k: Traverses all three Sun Peaks mountains, summit of Mount Tod (2,130m), elevation gain/loss 1,752m * 28k: Ascends to Mount Tod summit, elevation gain/loss 1,164m * 15k: Climbs to top of Sunburst Express, elevation gain/loss 673m * Aid Stations: * 50k: 5 stations at ~8.5k, 19k, 27k, 35k, 45k * 28k: 2 stations at ~8.5k, 19k * 15k: 1 station at ~8.5k

• Cupless event: bring your own reusable cup for aid stations
• Drop bags allowed for 50k runners at 27k aid station
• Crew access with 50% lift discount at Sunburst Express top
• Package pickup on June 27, 3-7 PM (location TBA)
• Parking available at P2 lot Sun Peaks
• Mandatory gear: trail shoes and hydration packs (min 1L)
• Awards: top 3 overall in each distance receive medals
