About The Lost Valley Trail Race 2026
The Lost Valley Trail Race is scheduled for October 24, 2026, with 10K and 25K point-to-point routes along the Iroquoia Section of the Bruce Trail. Both races finish at Dundas Valley Conservation Area. The 25K starts at Cityview Park in Burlington, and the 10K starts at Rock Chapel Conservation Area. Shuttle buses take runners from the finish area to each start. Registration is full.

Course details
The 25K starts at Cityview Park in Burlington, and the 10K starts at Rock Chapel Conservation Area. Both routes follow the Main Trail of the Bruce Trail and finish at Stacey Meadow Pavilion in Dundas Valley Conservation Area. The organizer lists 600 m of gain and 720 m of loss for the 25K, and 185 m of gain and 265 m of loss for the 10K. The courses are cupless; runners should carry a collapsible cup or bottle.
