Take It In Strides Run 2025

The Take It In Strides Run is an annual community event dedicated to honoring loved ones lost to suicide and raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Over the past two years, it has raised more than $100,000 for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and the Children’s Centre Foundation (CCF).

Participants can join in various options such as 5 km and 10 km runs, a 3 km walk, or virtual participation from any location. A Spaghetti Dinner is held on September 6 at the CMHA in Thunder Bay.
