Run4Health is an annual event organized by the Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation to promote community health and fitness. Participants can choose from various events, including a 1K family walk/run, 5K walk/run, 10K run, and half marathon. The event also features a team challenge, encouraging groups to collect pledges, create unique team names, and dress in team apparel.

Proceeds support the Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation and the event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels, with special accommodations like wagons and strollers in the 1K event.
