About Run and Taste 5K 2026
Run and Taste 5K 2026 is a West End Toronto 5K that pairs a neighbourhood run with food stops along the way. The event starts at Trinity Bellwoods Park on Saturday, August 8, 2026, and is built around an accessible road-course format with a local, community feel.
Runners, walkers, and food-minded participants can expect a race kit, finisher medal, and tastings from neighbourhood favourites. It’s a casual, city-forward way to spend a summer morning in Toronto, with the route using the streets around one of the city’s most recognizable park hubs.
The race sits comfortably among other road races in Toronto and is a straightforward 5K option for people looking for something a little less traditional than a standard timed event.
