Hampton 5 Miler 2025

The Hampton 5 Miler is the host of the RunNB 5 Mile (8km) Championship, utilizing the same certified course as in previous years. The event is staged out of Hampton High School and includes youth races on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Hampton Elementary School.

Runners of all ages are welcome to participate in a variety of race distances, from youth cross-country events to the main 8 km road race. Proceeds support Hampton Cross-Country programming and local school athletics and theatre programs.

• Out-and-back loop with two water stations.
• Youth cross-country races take place on Saturday at Hampton Elementary School.
• Main 8 km road race starts at Hampton High School on Sunday.
• Strollers and dogs prohibited for participant safety.

• Two water stations are available along the loop.
• Youth races include 1.0 km, 2.5 km, and 4 km events for elementary, middle, and high school runners.
• No strollers or dogs on leashes are allowed for safety.
