About La Run Gang
La Run Gang is a free, bilingual running crew in downtown Moncton, open to all paces. The Tuesday run starts at 6 PM from Parcours Athletics on Waterloo Street. Everyone starts together, then splits into a 4 km group at about 7:00 min/km and 5 km and 8 km groups at about 6:00 min/km, on a mix of road and trail.
The crew also hosts the Worry Pas Relay at Centennial Park in the summer.
