Downhill Dash 5km 2025

The Downhill Dash 5km is renowned as Canada's fastest 5km course, offering participants a unique opportunity to achieve personal best times. The race features a slightly downhill, tree-covered, and traffic-free route, ensuring a swift and enjoyable run. Established in 2008, the event attracts runners aiming for speed and a vibrant post-race atmosphere.

Participants enjoy a fully downhill course, shuttle buses to the start line, custom finisher medals and knapsacks for early registrants, awards across gender and age categories, and post-race hot food and drinks.
