The fifth event in the 5 Peaks Trail Running Series is hosted at Heart Lake Conservation Park in Brampton, Ontario. This park is named for its heart-shaped, spring-fed kettle lake and is a cherished spot within the Etobicoke Creek watershed. This inclusive event offers multiple race distances suitable for all ages and abilities.

Participants should note that dogs, headphones, strollers, or baby joggers are not permitted on the race course. Washroom facilities are available at the start/finish area, free parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged, and the event promotes sustainability by being cup-free; bring your own reusable cups.

• 1K Free Kids Start at 8:45 AM (Free)
• 3K Kids Run at 9:05 AM
• Grit Waves 22.5 km Trail Run at 8:30 AM
• Enduro Waves 14.6 km Trail Run at 9:30 AM
• Sport Waves 7.5 km Trail Run at 10:00 AM
• No stroller allowed on any race
• Green Bib availability and age restrictions not specified
