About 2026 5 Peaks Trail Running Series: Heart Lake
Heart Lake is a fall trail stop in the 5 Peaks Trail Running Series, set for October 3 in Brampton. The event takes place at Heart Lake Conservation Area, where shaded trails and park paths wrap around the spring-fed kettle lake the area is named for.
The race offers a broad spread of options, from a free 1K kids event and 3K Kids Run to 7.5K Sport, 14.6K Enduro, and 22.5K Grit distances. That mix makes it a workable day for families, newer trail runners, and people looking for a longer outing on local trails.
For runners in the city, it’s also an easy way to line up a trail race without leaving Brampton. Races in Brampton
