Rockcut Ultra, Halfcut and Shortcut 2026

Rockcut Ultra, Halfcut and Shortcut returns to Twillingate, Newfoundland and Labrador on September 26, 2026, with three trail distances: 50K, 23K, and 9K. The event is built around the Rockcut Twillingate Trails and the island setting around outport communities and North Atlantic shoreline.

The 50K uses the Rockcut Twillingate Trails across coastal rugged singletrack, forested sections, bogs, and roads through scenic outport communities. The 23K loops Twillingate’s north island on mostly rugged singletrack and coastal trail. The 9K starts in Snellins Cove and heads past Back Harbour, Batrix Island, Spencer’s Park, and Smith’s Lookout before returning to the start.
