PR Night 2026

PR Night 2026 is a chip-timed 5K in Ottawa on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Terry Fox Athletic Facility. Hosted by The 25th Hour, the night is built around paced heats, personal-record attempts, and a race-day Athlete Village.

Runners can choose a heat based on their current 5K time, from 35–30 minutes through an elite sub-18-minute heat. The evening includes bib pickup, hydration, a finisher medal, prizing, and recovery support at the venue.

PR Night uses a paced-heat format at Terry Fox Athletic Facility. The schedule includes four seeded heats followed by an elite heat, with runners selecting the group that matches their current 5K time. Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the final program ends at 10:00 PM.
