National Capital Pride Run 2026

The National Capital Pride Run returns Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Riverain Park in Ottawa. This inclusive community event offers a 5K run/walk and a 2.5K walk, raising funds for Bruce House and people living with HIV in Ottawa. Since 2016 the Pride Run has raised more than $82,000 for Bruce House.

Run, walk, or roll with participants of all ages, genders, orientations, and paces. For more road races in Ottawa and Ottawa races, it's a colourful late-summer fundraiser on the multi-use paths near the Ottawa River.

Routes start from Riverain Park on North River Road. Race Roster publishes separate 5K and 2.5K route maps along Ottawa's multi-use paths. Parking is typically available at the municipal lot on North River Road.
