This inaugural event brings together runners, walkers, families, and supporters for a morning at one of Winnipeg’s best-known parks. The 10K uses a two-lap route, and the 3K Family Run/Walk is set up for an easygoing shared experience.

The 10K follows a two-lap course, with each lap covering 5K. The 3K Family Run/Walk offers a shorter option at Assiniboine Park, with stroller access limited to that event.
