The 55th Annual Nova Scotia Marathon takes place on July 19, 2026 in Barrington Passage, Nova Scotia, with race day based at Sandy Wickens Memorial Arena. Runners can choose a marathon, half marathon, 10K, or 6K on a rural coastal road route with ocean views, a mostly flat profile, and some rolling hills. The event also includes youth runs the day before and a Boston Qualifying marathon distance.

The course follows a rural secondary road along the coast, with a mostly flat profile and some rolling hills. Aid stations are spaced about every 3 kilometres, and shuttle service is planned from the finish area back to Sandy Wickens Memorial Arena.
