The 15km de Grande-Digue returns to Grande-Digue, New Brunswick on April 25, 2026. Established in 2006, the spring road race has grown into a regular stop for runners on the Acadian Shore and carries two decades of local history and competitive results.

The event offers a main 15 km distance plus a 5 km option and a 15 km Marche/walk. Kit pick-up opens at 7:30 AM at Notre centre; the 15 km Marche starts at 8:30 AM, the 15 km race at 9:30 AM, and the 5 km marche/course at 9:50 AM. Race day registration is not available, so entrants should register in advance.

What sets Grande-Digue apart is its coastline-first routing and a demanding back half. The first portion of the course runs alongside the coast, giving runners open water views before a second, hillier section that tests strength and pacing. The event maintains an intimate, community-focused atmosphere—local volunteers and repeat participants make it feel like a neighbourhood celebration as much as a race—and the race keeps recorded course bests (men 46:55, women 56:24, both from 2016) for competitive runners to chase.

Registration is open online with early-bird pricing through March 31 and regular registration closing April 22. Early-bird fees are $50 for the 5 km and $55 for other distances; regular fees rise to $60 for the 5 km and $70 for the other entries.
