About 10 km Université Laval 2026
10 km Université Laval 2026 is a multi-distance road event at PEPS de l’Université Laval in Québec City, organized by Rouge et Or Athlétisme with Groupe Défis. The race is presented as one of Québec’s longest-running running events and a longstanding part of the university’s sporting calendar.
The day brings together children’s and adult distances, from 800 m and 1.5 km to 5 km and 10 km. It has a campus race feel, with the Rouge et Or track at the centre of the experience and a finish that leans into the university setting.
For runners looking for a local fall road race with a clear community identity, this one combines a track-side start, age-based distance options, and a practical race-day setup. Races in Quebec
