Welland Canals Trail parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5K in St. Catharines. It starts Saturdays at 9:00 AM. The event starts and finishes near St. Catharines museum parking lot. Register once with parkrun, bring your barcode, and run, jog, walk or volunteer at your own pace. Post-run coffee is usually at The Eatery (food court at Outlet Collection), 300 Taylor Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake.
