About the club
Spanish Banks Beach parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5K in Vancouver. It starts Saturdays at 9:00 AM. The event starts close to the washrooms and parking lot. Register once with parkrun, bring your barcode, and run, jog, walk or volunteer at your own pace. Post-run coffee is usually at Breka Bakery at 4th and Alma.
