About the club
RISE Run Club is a community run group in Stratford, Ontario. The name stands for run, inspire, strive, empower. Runners meet on the steps of Stratford City Hall early on Saturday mornings for a baseline run of about 4 km around the Avon River. Newer runners can take it at their own pace, and experienced runners can add hills or extra distance. The club also runs as a team at local events such as the Stratford 5K Run/Walk.
