Casual RunFree/open workoutRotating trailhead (TTH Rona Trail shown) (opens map in a new tab)

Free Tuesday evening trail runs from rotating trailheads in the Tantallon and Hammonds Plains area.
Nova Scotia Trail Running hosts a free group trail run every Tuesday at 6 PM. Runs cover 6 to 10 km in 70 to 90 minutes, with regular stops so the whole group stays together and nobody is left behind.
The start rotates weekly between four trailheads on the western side of Halifax Regional Municipality: Bowater Bridge, Station Road, the TTH Rona Trail and Jerry Lawrence Park. Each start is posted with a what3words address on the club's group-run schedule. Bring a pack with food and drink, a jacket and a headlamp. The club also organizes trail races, including the Capes 100.
Recurring workouts can change around race weeks. Check the official club source before heading out.
