About Mundy parkrun
Mundy parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5K in Coquitlam. It starts Saturdays at 9:00 AM. The event starts adjacent to the community path along Como Lake Avenue. Runners meet by the ball field bleachers on the northeast side of Hillcrest Middle School. Register once with parkrun, bring your barcode, and run, jog, walk or volunteer at your own pace. Post-run coffee is usually at A&W at Como Lake Village.
