UpRiver Running Fall Races 2025

The UpRiver Running Fall Races is a community-focused trail running event held in Thunder Bay, Ontario. It offers a variety of distances including 10K, 25K, 50K, and a 2.5K Kids Trail Run, highlighting scenic single-track trails popular with local runners.

• 50K event starts at 7:00 AM on October 4, 2025; trail race with no stroller access.
• 25K event starts at 9:30 AM on October 4, 2025; trail race with no stroller access.
• Kids Trail Run (2.5K) starts at 10:45 AM on October 4, 2025; trail race; strollers allowed with parents following.
• 10K event starts at 11:30 AM on October 4, 2025; trail race with no stroller access.

• All race courses start and finish at Kinsmen Park (Trowbridge).
• Cupless race: bring your own reusable cup, water bottle, or hydration bladder.
• Free vegetarian chili provided to all participants.
• 50K race has a 9-hour cutoff with specific aid station cutoffs.
• Free shuttle service to/from the race.
• Optional T-shirts available for extra fee; order by September 18, 2025.
• Race entries are non-refundable.
• Race bibs transferable until registration deadline (Sep 19, 2025, 11:59 PM).
• Participants aged 17 and under can register for any distance at $40.
• Early bird pricing ends June 30; standard fees until Aug 25; late fees from Aug 26 to registration deadline.
