The TRiO Race Series Race 3: POCO Sport Festival 5k, 10k Run is a fast, flat run on pavement and gravel trails through Gates Park and Colony Farm Park in Port Coquitlam. This community-focused event offers finisher medals, refreshments, and professional race timing with live results, supporting local youth sport through KidSport Tri-Cities Foundation.

Runners can choose from 5K, 10K, and a Kids Fun Run, enjoying scenic courses and a supportive atmosphere, with awards for top finishers and participation ribbons for kids.
