The 5K Foam Fest is a fun, obstacle course-based run in Wasaga Beach with over 25 obstacles including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and foam zones. Designed for all ages and abilities, participants can walk, run, or charge through optional obstacles at their own pace. The event features a festival area with music, food vendors, a free kids' zone for children 6 and under, and a beer garden.

Supporting Make-A-Wish Canada, participants can also fundraise to help grant wishes for children with critical illnesses. Family and military discounts are available.
