Stomping Down Barriers For Mental Health 2025

The "Stomping Down Barriers For Mental Health" event is organized by the Town of Strathmore and Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) to support mental health initiatives. In 2025, $5 from each registration will be donated to True North, an organization dedicated to mental wellness.

Join runners for a scenic course that includes routes along canals, Kinsmen Park, and Gray's Park, finishing at the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre. Participants are advised to carpool due to limited parking.
