The Steep Ultra is Newfoundland's longest distance ultramarathon, offering 50K and 100K trail races through the Long Range Mountains of Western Newfoundland. Participants experience breathtaking ocean views, majestic rolling mountains, and vast, remote landscapes. This challenging event features technical trails with significant elevation gain, including steep climbs, ridgelines, and valleys.

• Leg 1: Man in the Mountain to Humber Village – 16.2 km, 910 m elevation gain, single track
• Leg 2: Humber Village to Marble Mountain – 8.1 km, 77 m elevation gain, gravel road, road, single track
• Leg 3: Marble Mountain to Massey Drive – 14.1 km, 710 m elevation gain, single and double track
• Leg 4: Massey Drive to Corner Brook – 13.6 km, 439 m elevation gain, single track
• 100K Course:
• Leg 1: Corner Brook to Massey Drive – 13.6 km, 527 m elevation gain, gravel road, road, single track
• Leg 2: Massey Drive to Marble Mountain – 14.1 km, 657 m elevation gain
• Leg 3: Marble Mountain to Humber Village – 8.1 km, 89 m elevation gain
• Leg 4: Humber Village to Man in the Mountain – 16.1 km, 910 m elevation gain
• Leg 5: Man in the Mountain to Humber Village – 16.1 km, 849 m elevation gain, single track
• Leg 6: Humber Village to Marble Mountain – 8.1 km, 77 m elevation gain
