This is a single-distance, road 5K with a 9:30 a.m. start. The course begins on Pipeline Road and finishes at the Stanley Park Pavilion. Race timing is handled by Startline Timing — the timing chip is attached to the back of the race number (no number, no time). The event also features a RunGo Mile competition (a cash grab for the first male and female to the mile) and an elite hosting program (elite registration closes March 9; standards listed as sub 17:00).

What sets this race apart is the combination of a flat, fast course through scenic Stanley Park and a true race-day party atmosphere.
