The Squamish 50 races are a series of challenging trail running events set in the stunning terrain of Squamish, British Columbia. Featuring over 85% singletrack and significant elevation gain, runners experience breathtaking views of glaciated peaks and the Pacific Ocean. The event offers multiple race distances including a 50-mile ultra, a 50 km ultra, a 23 km trail run, a combined 50/50 ultra, and a kids race.

Participants must be 19 or older to enter the main races, with younger runners aged 12-18 allowed with a parental waiver. The races emphasize safety and fair play, with mandatory headlamps for the 50-mile start and restrictions on pacers, poles, and crew access.

• 50 Mile: 50 miles (80.5 km), starts Aug 16 at 5:30 AM, $318.27 CAD, Trail Ultra
• 50 km: 50 km, starts Aug 17 at 6:15 AM, $243.06 CAD, Trail Ultra
• 23 km: 23 km, starts Aug 17 at 8:00 AM, $114.12 CAD, Trail
• 50/50: 130 km across two days (50 Mile + 50 km), starts Aug 16 & 17, $425.71 CAD, Trail Ultra
• Kids Race: 500 to 1,500 meters depending on age, starts Aug 16 at 12 PM, Free, Kids Run
• Age restriction: 19+ for main races; 12-18 allowed with parental waiver
• Strollers not allowed except for Kids Race (not specified)

• 50-mile race includes over 3,350 meters (11,000 feet) of climbing
• 50 km race features 2,500 meters (8,500 feet) of ascent
