The Run, Walk & Ruck for Mental Wellness is an annual event aimed at raising funds to support organizations focused on mental health challenges. * Mixed race surface: primarily roads and paved paths with a short gravel section under 100 meters * Course runs through and around Wascana Centre * 5K runners take an out-and-back route * 15K runners complete the full course * 21.1K runners run a double loop * Course may not be wheelchair-friendly due to curbs, gravel, and sidewalks
