Run for Abbotsford is an annual charity event organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA), raising funds for the Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation. The event welcomes participants of all backgrounds and abilities, including competitive runners, casual walkers, families, and seniors.

The 2025 event offers a 5K run and a 1K family fun walk at Mill Lake Park, featuring scenic views and a supportive atmosphere suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
