The Monster Dash 5K is an annual Halloween-themed race in Burnaby, BC, encouraging participants to wear costumes. The event includes a 5-kilometer run and a Mini Monster Dash for children. It began in 2023 and has become a highlight of the Burnaby Halloween Festival.

Runners race on a course starting and ending at Swangard Stadium, looping around Central Park with scenic views of ponds and trails. Costumes are highly encouraged, adding a festive and spooky atmosphere to the event.
