McLean Mill 10K 2026

The McLean Mill 10K is scheduled for March 29, 2026 in Port Alberni, BC. It appears as a long-standing stop on the Vancouver Island Race Series calendar and is organised as part of that series by the Island Series team and local race partners.

This event is a single 10K road race that starts at 11:00 am on race day. It is offered both as a standalone single-race entry and as one of the counted races for season-pass holders in the Vancouver Island Race Series.

What sets McLean Mill apart is its place in the island-wide series: runners use this race to score series points and compete for season awards, and the event draws a mix of series regulars and local Port Alberni participants. Series-branded merchandise (including a vented trucker hat) is offered through the series, and the organisers publish clear event rules reflecting that these are road races open to runners, racewalkers, walkers and wheelchair athletes.

Registration for series entries and single-race entries is handled through the Vancouver Island Race Series channels; single-race entries and season passes are available, with a registration window listed from November 12, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
